Emma's Birthday Party!

Here's one of Emma playing with her Baby Alive from Gma and Gpa Cobb.

After we relaxed at the house for a bit with the Carters we all went over to the
Heywoods and had dinner and hung out.

This is a rundown of Emma's party which may not be interesting to anyone but me. Since this is my journal of Emma, it's here. Don't feel the need to read. We had a birthday party for Emma on the 14th of March. Every birthday for Emma seems like a huge victory. I just don't know how many birthdays I'll get with her. I wanted everything to be perfect but of corse I woke up with a massive headache, barely made it out of bed to get to the store so I was late for the party leaving Great G-pa and others out in the wind at the park waiting for us. The park was crazy windy so nothing would stay on the table. WE ended up playing the game of chase the trash that flies away. Aunt Sandy won. So in the mist of all this I was almost in tears until I started to see all the smiles on Emma face. She was having so much fun, wind and all. She always has a way of putting life into perspective. This day was all for her enjoyemnt and as long as she was having a good time I was happy. She can put a smile on my face so quickly
Attended :Great Gpa, Great Aunt Sandy and Uncle Dick, Gma and Gpa Cobb, Aunt Kelli, Uncle Mike, Aunt Jessica and Uncle Marcus, Amy with her kids Aubrey Spencer, Hannah, and Emily and their two cousins that tagged along, of corse Matt and I and our six kids and then Mike and Becky with Trevor, Jared, and Zach came a little late.
It was quite the site at the park. We did cake and cup cakes once most of us were there. Emma pretended to blow out the candle since it was so windy. Then she tried to run off to play again on the play ground. When we went to open presents we looked around and she was almost to the swings. We brought her back and she sat on the lap of whomever the present was from to keep her and the present from blowing away. Gma Cobb had the kids roll down the hill in a race and red light green light. The kids played on the playground and overall had a really good time. All my pictures from the park are on Gma Cobbs camera which I'll have to put on later because of corse in my rush I forgot the camera. I got a few after. It turned out to be a really fun day.
